The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has postponed all examinations to be held on 21 May, 22 May and 30 May for the posts of Civil Service, Dental Surgeon, Deputy Director, Assistant Agricultural Engineer and others. This decision has been taken by the Commission due to increasing cases of state corona infection and lockdown. Candidates have to keep an eye on the official website of HPSC to know the updates and the new date of the exam.
DPR Haryana posted information on Twitter
Information has also been given by the Commission by posting it on Twitter. It reads, “Haryana Public Service Commission has postponed 13 exams including HCS due to increasing cases of corona infection.”
Recruitment exams to be held till 2 May were also postponed
Earlier, the Commission had postponed the recruitment examinations to be held till 2 May. The Commission had informed the candidates through an official notification that, “Recruitment examinations for the posts of District Professor, Assistant Professor in Zoology, Physical Education, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Chemistry, Scientist B and Election Tehsildar April 23, 24 , To be held on 25 and 2 May, which have been postponed until further notice due to administrative reasons.
Many recruitment examinations postponed due to corona epidemic
Significantly, due to the increasing cases of corona infection, many recruitment examinations have been postponed. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has postponed the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) examination. The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has also postponed the Civil Services Examination and the Interview Round of the EPFO-Enforcement Officer Examination.
